This is a remote position when not out in the field – must reside near Fremont, CA.

Overview

Account Manager / Sales Representative responsible for business development, customer engagement, and project coordination within the assigned territory. This role involves meeting and engaging new and repeat customers, assessing their needs, and providing consultative Stonhard solutions.

What will you do?

  • Meet and engage new and repeat customers in your territory; assess their needs and provide consultative Stonhard solutions.
  • Handle a mix of existing/repeat business and prospect new customers and projects.
  • Work closely with your manager to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Oversee the successful delivery of product installation, ensuring customer satisfaction. Manage project logistics such as materials on site, coordinating construction crews, and troubleshooting installation issues.
  • Manage a full turn-key operation to ensure smooth installs and help secure future projects in other areas or buildings.
  • Participate in an enriching training process spanning over two years, including traveling to headquarters for pre-planned training.

Base salary and compensation

Base Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000

Uncapped Commission potential (First 2 years average): approximately $15,000 – $40,000

What is required?

  • Experience in B2B, end-user sales; construction, commercial or industrial is preferred.
  • Proven success in business development and project management; ability to interact at all levels.
  • Strong capacity to learn a new industry.
  • High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation.

Location and work setup: Remote work from home office when not in the field; must reside near Fremont, CA.
