Overview
The advert refers to two headcount—one for the AP position and one for the AR position.
Accounts Payable:
- Responsible for confirmation of invoices quantity, price, payment method and respective due dates.
- Make accounting reconciliations as Payables Accountant
- Ensures direct collaboration with suppliers.
- Support the administration in financial and legal matters with suppliers.
- Execute control of monthly income/cost accruals.
- Complete reports accurately and timely and in accordance with established corporate controls and accounting principles.
- Analyze vendor balances and ask for statements.
Accounts Receivable:
- Maintain the Accounts Receivable and ensure accurate transaction recording.
- Acquire client remittances to ensure accurate and timely application
- Match incoming payments and resolve discrepancies.
- Investigate and handle customer inquiries.
- Prepare Accounts Receivable reports and perform risk assessments.
- Manage and process disputes and deductions efficiently.
- Communicate and negotiate with customers when required.
