Overview
Responsibilities
- Manages all activities of a branch and is responsible for the overall success of branch operations
- Directs sales and business development, meeting operational objectives and ensuring annual goals are achieved
- Coaches and develops branch staff while identifying customer needs through sales processes
- Engages with all team members and business partners as appropriate
- Independently processes all Business Banking loan requests up to $100,000
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, OR, in lieu of degree, Four (4) years’ relevant experience
- Minimum three years sales experience
- Minimum two years’ managerial experience or proven leadership abilities
- Life/Accident and Health Insurance licensing required within 18 months of entry into position
- Must be fluent in Spanish/English or Korean/English
- Strong knowledge of Business Banking products, services and client relationship management
- Proficiency with common PC software, including Microsoft Office for word processing and spreadsheets
