Our client has spent nearly 30 years building one of the area’s most respected concrete companies through quality work, strong customer relationships, and taking care of their employees. Their work is primarily residential concrete, along with agricultural and select commercial projects throughout Nebraska and the surrounding region.
Now they’re looking for the right operational leader to help build the next chapter of the business.
What You’ll Do
You’ll oversee multiple projects while leading Foremen and field crews to ensure every job is completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to the high standards the company is known for.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading multiple concrete projects
- Managing and developing Foremen and field crews
- Building weekly schedules
- Coordinating manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors
- Monitoring productivity and job costs
- Maintaining exceptional quality and safety standards
- Serving as the primary field contact for customers
- Solving problems before they become delays
- Developing future crew leaders
- Improving the systems and processes that support the company’s continued growth
What They’re Looking For
- Experience leading concrete construction crews and multiple projects
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Hands-on leadership style
- Ability to build trust with both employees and customers
- Experience coordinating labor, equipment, and materials
- Passion for mentoring and developing others
- Stable work history with increasing leadership responsibility
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
Compensation & Benefits
- $95,000-$100,000 base salary
- $10,000-$20,000 performance bonus
- $120,000-$140,000+ long-term earning potential

- Paid lodging when overnight travel is required
- $75 daily per diem while traveling

Travel
Projects are generally located within approximately a 300-350 mile radius of Lincoln. Overnight travel is required when projects are outside the local area. Lodging is paid by the company, you’ll receive a $75 daily per diem, and in most cases you’ll be home for the weekend.
