We are seeking a motivated, bilingual (English/Spanish). The ideal candidate has experience in Assembling and logistics, is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable with computer systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely, high-quality order fulfillment and exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process, package, and ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of customer orders.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline order processing and meet customer expectations.
- Maintain an organized supply area, ensuring that all materials and finished goods are accurately tracked and ready for fulfillment.
- Coordinate with logistics staff and vendors to ensure packages are correctly prepared and shipped on schedule.
- Adhere to cGMP and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and safety in the workplace.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma (preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
- Minimum of 1 year of practical experience in Assembler, or logistics.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent customer communication skills.
- Comfortable with computer systems for tracking and inventory management.
