Bilingual Spanish Speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Sandston, VA
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 – $27.00 per hour
Join a dynamic team of professionals dedicated to providing evidence-based ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities. Galaxy ABA Therapy is seeking a compassionate and motivated Bilingual Spanish speaking Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with our clients in home, school, or community settings.
About the Role
As a Behavior Technician (ABA Therapy), you will:

Work one-on-one with children, implementing skill-building and behavior-reduction plans designed by a BCBA

Use play-based, child-led approaches to make therapy fun and engaging

Collect data on client progress and complete session documentation

Collaborate with supervisors, parents, and team members

Maintain a safe, supportive, and professional environment
Requirements

High school diploma (required); Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Psychology, Education, or related field (preferred)

Completion of 40-hour RBT training (or willingness to complete within the first six months of employment)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Physical ability to engage in active play, lift up to 40 lbs, and ensure client safety

Ability to pass background checks (FBI, CPS, State of VA) and provide CPR, HIPAA, and TB clearance (support provided)

Prior ABA, childcare, or behavioral health experience is a plus—but training is provided for the right candidate
