Business Development Consultant – The Medicus Firm (TMF)

The Medicus Firm, a part of M3USA, is hiring a Business Development Consultant to drive growth within the healthcare recruitment sector.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a 2–5 state territory.
  • Schedule and conduct webinars and face‑to‑face meetings with prospective clients to secure signed contracts.
  • Travel within your region 5 days each month.
  • Build rapport with hospital/practice administrators to understand their practice needs and recruiting efforts.
  • Maintain organization within the territory and provide timely information and follow‑up contact.
  • Effectively present information and respond to questions using a variety of venues, including webinars and phone calls.

Qualifications

  • Healthcare business development experience required.
  • At least two years of sales experience preferred, including inside sales, outside sales, B2B sales, and cold calling.
  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality.
  • Ability to pursue and generate leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • College degree preferred.
