Position Summary
Spectrum CMI is seeking a motivated individual whose primary role is to generate new business. This role focuses on finding opportunities, building relationships, and helping the company win construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Find and pursue new project opportunities
- Reach out to contractors and potential clients for construction management & inspection services
- Build relationships that lead to new work
- Help with proposals when needed
- Keep a list of leads and report progress
