Vimo Inc (operating as GetInsured) is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to join its call center team. This full‑time role pays $17–$18.50/hour (with performance incentives and higher pay for Spanish bilingual reps) and includes paid training, benefits, and opportunities for career growth. You’ll be part of a team helping customers navigate health insurance enrollment, delivering excellent service while working from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
  • Deliver consistent, high‑quality customer service experiences
  • Manage customer accounts and provide technical support

  • Respond to online chat inquiries as assigned
  • Interpret and follow defined procedures and policies

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum age: 18 years or older
  • Must complete background check and drug test within 3 days
  • Dedicated, private, and secure workspace
  • Personal device with functioning camera required during training
  • Commitment to full attendance for 3‑week paid training program
  • Minimum internet speed: 35 mb/s (hard‑wired Ethernet required)
  • Cable/Fiber broadband only (mobile internet, Wi‑Fi extenders, or satellite not compatible)
  • Moderate to advanced computer skills
  • Comfortable learning new technology quickly
  • Professional demeanor with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Self‑motivated and success‑driven
  • Ability to work full‑time Monday–Friday with occasional Saturdays

Preferred Experience (not required)

  • Customer support or technical support roles
  • Group or individual health insurance knowledge (Affordable Care Act)
  • Call center experience
  • Familiarity with CRM systems
  • Spanish bilingual skills (higher pay rate available)
