Are you strong in communication, proactive, and passionate about customer service? We would like you to join as a Customer Service Representative!
Your daily tasks will include:
- Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
- Following up with customers until inquiries are fully resolved.
- Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.

We are looking for you if:
- You have a C1 level of English and are fluent in German.
- You are preferably available full-time.
- You will work from our Barcelona office in a 50% hybrid position, fully on-site for 5-6 months during the adaptation period. The office is located at Carrer de la Constitució, 2, 1ra planta, 08960 Sant Just Desvern, Barcelona.
