Can you manage multiple tasks while speaking with members and updating records accurately?

Can you guide members in navigating the platform and CF app?

Can you find creative ways to handle client consultations and support requests?

Conduct consultation and support

Provide Troubleshooting Guide (in navigating our platform and CF app)

Qualifications

Work Experience

Have 1 to 2 years of experience in customer support, including positive phone demeanor.

You must speak and write English very well.
