Typical Responsibilities
- Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Resolve customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Review and moderate online content (for Content Moderation projects)
- Collaborate with international teams and stakeholders
Working Schedule
- Full-time and part-time opportunities available
- Rotational schedules depending on the project
- Operating hours generally between 06:00 and 19:00
- Some projects may include weekend shifts
- Full-time training provided before starting the role
Requirements
✔ Dutch language proficiency (C1 level or higher)
✔ Good English communication skills
✔ Currently based in Portugal or willing to relocate
✔ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
✔ Customer-focused mindset
✔ Ability to work independently in a remote environment
✔ Previous experience is an advantage but not required
