Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking an Event Marketing Manager I to join our Client’s team.

Mission: We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organized Executive Care Project Manager to join our Executive Events team. Reporting to the Principal Executive Events Manager, this role will focus on delivering seamless, high-touch support for executive participation in the global events program. By coordinating schedules, managing logistics, and streamlining communications, this role ensures executives can focus their time where it matters most in engaging with customers, partners, and strategic audiences. The Executive Care Project Manager will play a critical role in making executive event participation more valuable, impactful, and efficient.

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of executive participation in events (first-party and third-party), ensuring all logistics, schedules, and communications are managed accurately and on time.
  • Serve as the main project manager for Exec Care functions, including:
    • Annual executive scheduling at events & calendar coordination
    • Attendance requests and tracking
    • On-site support for executives and EAs at priority events
  • Optimize executive presence at events by ensuring their time is thoughtfully planned, enabling them to maximize engagement with customers, partners, and strategic audiences while traveling.
  • Act as a liaison with Executive Assistants (EAs), Field/Event Owners, and internal stakeholders to confirm details, track attendance, and streamline communications.
  • Ensure proactive and clear updates are provided to executives, EAs, and cross-functional partners before, during, and after events.
  • Partner with the Executive Events team to maintain tools and processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, and visibility across executive participation.
  • Help identify areas for process improvement and scalability within Exec Care operations.

Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of experience in event project management, executive support, or program coordination in a fast-paced environment (tech industry experience a plus).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident engaging with executives, EAs, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working across time zones and under tight deadlines with a “white glove” service mindset.
  • Proficiency with collaboration tools such as GSuite, Asana (or other project management platforms), Salesforce.com, and event platforms (e.g., Rainfocus, Swoogo) preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
