Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Office & Customer Support Coordinator to join our team. This position is responsible for supporting daily office operations, assisting customers over the phone, coordinating schedules, and processing important administrative documentation related to energy rebates, warranties, and reporting.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule

  • Monday Friday
  • 9:00 AM 5:00 PM

Compensation

  • $20.00 $25.00 per hour
  • Pay based on experience

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct calls appropriately
  • Take and relay customer messages in a timely manner
  • Assist with customer communication and scheduling coordination
  • Schedule energy audits and maintain scheduling calendars
  • Process Focus on Energy rebate documentation and submissions
  • Prepare and maintain monthly Pearl certification reports
  • Process warranties for products and services offered by the company
  • Maintain organized customer files and administrative records
  • Support daily front office and administrative operations
  • Provide professional and courteous customer service

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable using computers, email, and basic office software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities
  • Professional demeanor and dependable attendance
  • Previous office or customer service experience is helpful but not required
