Responsibilities

  • Offer high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies
  • Skillfully handle and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference and improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions and improve service quality
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients

Requirements

  • Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
  • Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing inquiries
  • Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
