Responsibilities
- Offer high-quality customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries regarding products, services, and company policies
- Skillfully handle and resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience
- Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference and improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide comprehensive solutions and improve service quality
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide informed assistance to clients
Requirements
- Fluency in German (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous
- Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing inquiries
- Familiarity with customer service software and CRM systems is a plus
- Able to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining team collaboration
