Our client is a global luxury retail brand. They are seeking a Global Marketing Manager to join their team.
Role Overview
The Global Marketing Manager leads the strategy, development, and execution of integrated 360° marketing initiatives supporting priority global investments. This role drives cohesive storytelling across regions, strengthens brand positioning, and ensures operational excellence from concept through performance analysis. Reporting to the Director of Global Marketing, the position requires strong cross‑functional leadership and a balance of strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
Global Marketing Manager Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive 360° global marketing strategies across core product categories
- Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle: insights gathering, strategic briefing, asset/toolkit development, launch execution, and post-campaign analysis
- Lead global go-to-market planning in partnership with Retail, Events, Creative, PR, Media, Omnichannel, and Merchandising teams
- Align regional and global stakeholders to ensure consistency in messaging and execution
- Monitor cross-channel performance, identify optimization opportunities, and present actionable insights to senior leadership
- Translate business objectives into strategic marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and commercial impact
- Stay informed on competitive landscape and industry best practices to inform forward-looking brand strategies
Global Marketing Manager Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5–7 years of experience in global marketing
- Background in luxury retail preferred
- Knowledge of jewelry or high-end product categories is a plus
- Experience managing direct reports and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategy
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and presentation skills
- Agile, results-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
