Overview

This position will have a design/technical focus and be a member of our multi-disciplinary team, collaborating with design and technical leadership and will be an integral part of project teams. Under the direct supervision of project leadership the primary responsibilities will include the following:
Prepare and contribute to design and presentation efforts utilizing Illustrator, Photoshop, Sketch-Up, and other programs as required.
Independently develop and manage the REVIT model to produce plans, elevations, and sections. With limited direction, produce REVIT section and plan details within all architectural phases.
Prepare preliminary design sketches of small to moderate-sized site plans.
Communicate with other disciplines to ensure coordination of project documents.
May take on a leadership role within the team on a particular project issue or topic.
Review shop drawing submittals with some guidance from the Project Architect.
May attend field site inspections, which frequently involves a physical walk-through of the site.
Attend and actively participate in project team meetings
Minimum Bachelor degree in a relevant field required.
Current Architectural Registration in the United States required.
Must be able to participate the development of projects technical or design characteristics and content.
Strong creative design portfolio is essential as are strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects.
Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
The salary range for this position to be filled in our Los Angeles, CA office is $69,188 to $86,510 annually. Actual compensation may vary from posting based on final candidate’s geographic location, work experience, education and/or skill level. Employees may be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
