They offer a wide range of products and solutions to fit your project needs. The Inside Sales Representative will support the team of Territory Managers and existing customers. Candidates should have a passion for working with customers and creating a positive experience.
Job Description
- Support the field-based team and existing clients to provide and review RFQs (drawings and product specifications), and request quotes from manufacturers to ensure accurate pricing.
- Develop good relationships with key customers and handle inbound inquiries.
- Maintain excellent communication and customer service skills.
Requirements
- 1-10 years of inside sales or customer support experience, ideally in the electrical equipment space.
- Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic, team-oriented approach, ability to multi-task and handle several projects at once.
- Technical aptitude and interest in technical sales and products.
- Recent graduates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management or Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering are strongly encouraged to apply.
Location
Office-based work environment in Milford, MA. Candidates will report to the office daily with flexibility to work remotely 1x/week.
Salary
$60,000 – $80,000.
