Our client, a St. Louis, MO based RIA, is looking for a motivated Marketing Director to take them to the next level. The Marketing Director will be the QB for all things marketing at the firm and be the point person for their outsourced services.

Responsibilities (partial)
- Create a direct marketing strategy – planning marketing and plan 12-16 annual events
- Manage email/text campaigns to clients and prospects
- Attend community events to create company image and brand awareness
- Marketing Data Tracking – must be able to organize data strategically for effective utilization
- Work to keep company branding current
- Discuss and review upcoming marketing strategies and success
- Create monthly accountability report, illustrating number of strategies implemented, contacts made, appointments set, and appointments kept
- Manage and follow-through on fresh marketing ideas
- Manage social media messaging content
- 5+ years of Marketing experience in a busy office
- Event planning experience
- Digital Marketing
- Experience with CRM systems
- Experience with list marketing campaigns
- Ability to adhere to complex regulatory and compliance requirements
Needed Skills
- Ability to prioritize projects and manage time
- WORKING leadership – this is both a strategic and a “doer” role
- Excellent communication – both verbal and written
- AI familiarity – how to tie in for efficiency and effectiveness
