IMI Design is an award-winning luxury interior design firm dedicated to elevating the human spirit through exceptional design. We are seeking a creative, motivated, and highly organized Marketing Intern to support our marketing and social media efforts.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in luxury branding, social media, content creation, and marketing within the design industry.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing IMI Design’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Pinterest
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Capture behind-the-scenes content, project installations, and company events
  • Assist with content calendars, email marketing, and blog content
  • Monitor social media engagement and analytics
  • Support marketing initiatives, special events, and brand-building activities
  • Assist with photography coordination, graphic design projects, and general marketing tasks

Qualifications

  • Current college student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Design, or a related field
  • Strong interest in social media, marketing, and luxury brands
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Instagram, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is a plus
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
  • Strengths in AI and Instagram
  • Scottsdale-based position
  • Minimum 20–25 hours per week
