Overview

The Marketing Director is a strategic, hands‑on leader responsible for driving demand generation, pipeline growth, and brand visibility for our retail inventory solutions business. This role owns end‑to‑end marketing strategy and execution—from campaign development and content creation to analytics and operations—while partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success. The ideal candidate blends creativity, data‑driven decision‑making, and operational excellence in a fast‑paced growth environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

Demand Generation & Pipeline Growth

  • Build and execute integrated campaigns that generate qualified leads and
  • Own digital marketing strategy (SEO, email, social, website optimization).
  • Manage lead nurturing, funnel performance, and ROI optimization.

Product, Content & Brand Marketing

  • Develop compelling messaging and value propositions across Barcode, RFID, and related solutions.
  • Competitive materials, videos).
  • Lead product launches and translate market and customer insights into positioning and content.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across channels, verticals, and touchpoints.

Analytics, Operations & Events

  • Build KPIs and dashboards to track marketing performance.
  • Manage marketing technology stack (CRM, automation, analytics).
  • Plan and execute trade shows, webinars, conferences, and customer events with measurable ROI.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Customer Success on GTM strategy, messaging alignment, and lead handoff.
  • Manage agencies, contractors, and creative partners.
