The Marketing Manager will own internal marketing and support brand alignment across Hyper’s Satellite manufacturing network. This role is ideal for a strategic communicator skilled in project management, creative coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES: Develop branding kits, signage, templates, and launch communications. Manage photo/video capture, press, and events for Satellite milestones. Lead internal campaigns that support culture, product education, and engagement. Manage communication channels (intranet, photo/video, digital docs) and document key milestones. Train employees to contribute content, fostering a culture of shared storytelling. Support onboarding, leadership initiatives, and customer visits with branded experiences. Maintain a marketing project calendar and coordinate with various teams. REQUIREMENTS: – Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field preferred. – 5+ years in marketing, communications, or brand management. – Experience in Engineering or Manufacturing industry a plus. – Clear, confident communicator with executives, creatives, and technical staff. – Experience managing both digital and physical marketing efforts (signage, kits, campaigns). – Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite and familiar with dashboards, content management tools, AI marketing platforms, and 3D design tools Hyper, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to compliance with all applicable laws prohibiting employment discrimination.
