Misje i obowi?zkiMission:Serving the business needs of Krakow, Frankfurt and Champigny for indirect procurement with specific emphasis on E&C Germany. The strategic implementation of best practices and company guidelines in order to achieve continuous and sustainable cost reduction for indirect materials and services. This includes minimizing direct finance purchases and to enforce purchase order placement in order to keep control and transparency over spend. The best possible prices and conditions shall be achieved by following the company guidelines and gaining the benefits of a competitive bidding environment. Key responsibilities:Being part of the Shared Services Center, the following include key responsibilities. Sourcing, request for quotation, managing ERP processes, negotiations and following AL governance requirements,Purchase order creation,Managing purchase order approval,Managing activities after PO placement such as PO confirmation, filing etc,Administration, filing and tracking of Agreements, Contracts and POs,Communication with Head of Indirect Procurement Europe and local indirect procurement on regular basis for implementation of strategic actions,Identify opportunities for frame agreements, bundling and savings and implement associated initiatives. Reporting line & localisation: The Procurement Specialist will report to the Head of Indirect Procurement Europe.This role is located in Krakow – Poland. Kompetencje i profilCompetencies and Profile: Bachelor degree in commerce / finance,Supply Chain Management / indirect procurement in global organization – at 3 years,Negotiation skills – mastering,Commercial/ Contract Law – practising,Computer literacy – MS Office such as Excel, MS Word etc. – practising,SAP – practising,Fluent in spoken and written Polish, English and German.
