Overview
Centerstone is seeking a full‑time Contact Center Specialist to serve as the first point of contact for patients and families. You will screen inquiries, schedule appointments, coordinate referrals, and support callers to achieve one‑call resolution while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
Responsibilities include crisis screening, data documentation in CRM/EMR, insurance verification, and outbound referral follow‑ups. A remote, team environment with KPI targets and ongoing training is provided.
