Overview

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a SailPoint Developer (ISC) to support a large‑scale Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) implementation utilizing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC). This role is ideal for a hands‑on engineer with deep experience in SailPoint development, integrations, and identity lifecycle management within compliance‑driven environments. The SailPoint Developer will play a critical role in delivering scalable, secure identity solutions in a fast‑paced Agile environment. This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities

  • Perform hands‑on configuration and development within SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
  • Configure and deploy SailPoint modules including Machine Identity Manager and Cloud Infrastructure Entitlement Management (CIEM)
  • Develop and implement application entitlements, workflows, lifecycle events, policies, roles, connectors, and rules
  • Support automated provisioning and identity lifecycle management across enterprise applications
  • Troubleshoot integration issues and support end‑to‑end testing and validation activities
  • Conduct technical assessments of applications and provide onboarding recommendations
  • Ensure SailPoint configurations align with compliance frameworks such as SOX and CMMC
  • Support data‑related activities including data mapping, transformation, normalization, and identity correlation
  • Create and maintain technical documentation including system designs, configurations, and onboarding procedures
  • Collaborate within Agile teams, contributing to sprint planning, development, and delivery using JIRA

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience implementing identity governance or IGA platforms
  • Hands‑on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC), specifically Machine Identity Manager and CIEM
  • Strong development experience with SailPoint workflows, APIs, connectors, and rules
  • Experience scripting with PowerShell, Python, JSON, BeanShell, or Groovy
  • Experience integrating SailPoint with enterprise systems and applications
  • Familiarity with compliance‑driven environments such as SOX, CMMC, or similar frameworks
  • Working knowledge of ETL concepts, data transformation, and identity data management
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills in complex identity environments
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations
  • SailPoint certifications
  • Experience working in Agile delivery environments
  • Strong understanding of identity lifecycle management and access governance best practices

Compensation

  • Salary: $130,000 – $160,000 (depending on experience)
