Position Overview

We’re a growing real estate company expanding into equipment rentals, and we’re looking for a reliable and motivated individual to support our leasing operations. In this role, you’ll help connect contractors with the heavy machinery they need for development projects – such as excavators, loaders, and other construction equipment.

This is a remote-based opportunity available to applicants across the U.S. All necessary training will be provided, so while experience in sales or construction is helpful, it’s not required.

 

Key Responsibilities

Contact builders, developers, and contractors about equipment availability

Handle inbound requests and guide clients through the rental process

Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and orders

Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure timely equipment delivery

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

Comfortable communicating professionally by phone and email

Self-directed and dependable — able to manage tasks independently while working remotely

Familiar with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM-style systems)

Willing to learn and grow with the role
