Join The Allied Group, and you’ll lead construction crews in delivering national commercial renovations for prestigious hotel owners, ownership groups and third-party project management firms globally. Collaborate with your project manager to identify the best way to sequence work, minimizing disruption to guests and operations. Oversee oversee project renovations from start to finish, taking pride in delivering a quality product that will stand the test of time.
PROJECT DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Provide on-site supervision for our commercial renovation projects (hospitality, retail, healthcare, restaurant, etc.)
- Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, vendors and suppliers
- Execute the project schedule
- Establish and manage on-site client relationships
- Maintain Quality Assurance
- Execute the Allied Safety Program
- Prepared daily and weekly reports and 2 week look ahead
- Ensure that all insurance certificates and permits are in place
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Construction Site Super or Traveling PM in the hospitality, retail or commercial market is required.
- Detailed oriented, effective communicator, computer literate and a team player.
- Superior organization skills, ability to manage multiple trades simultaneously with an eye for detail and interior finishes.
