What You’ll Do
Drive Sales Growth
- Lead both inside and outside sales efforts to exceed revenue goals.
- Proactively identify and pursue high-value prospects.
- Build a strong pipeline through networking, outreach, and referrals.
- Research target markets and develop strategies to win their business.
- Deliver impactful sales presentations that seal the deal.
Deliver an Exceptional Client Experience
- Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
- Respond quickly and professionally to client inquiries.
- Book reservations, secure payments, and ensure every detail is perfect.
Collaborate for Success
- Work closely with the sales team to share leads and closing opportunitues.
- Collaborate with Operations and Dispatch to ensure seamless service.
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitive activity.
Stay Organized & Accountable
- Track all sales activities in the CRM.
- Measure progress against sales goals and adjust strategies to stay ahead,
- Maintain accurate client records and detailed notes.
- Prepare reports on sales performance and progress toward goals.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of sales experience (hospitality, hotels, event planning, or other service industries preferred).
- Proven results in both inside and outside sales.
- Strong closer with outstanding communication and relationship skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy.
- Comfortable in a hybrid work environment (on-site as needed).
- MUST have OWN personal vehicle.
