Posifa Technologies develops robust MEMS-based flow and gas sensors trusted by leading OEMs and distributors worldwide. We are seeking a proactive and technically savvy Sales Account Manager to manage and grow strategic accounts across medical devices, HVAC/data center infrastructure, energy, semiconductors, and industrial distributors. This role blends relationship management with new business development, ensuring our sensors are designed into next-generation products and trusted across industries.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management: Own and grow relationships with key accounts, including Medical Device OEMs, HVAC & Data Center Infra. Manage sales pipeline, proposals, and contract negotiations. Drive revenue growth with existing accounts and identify upsell opportunities.
  • New Business Development: Prospect and close new OEM accounts in medical, energy, HVAC, and industrial automation. Work with distributors to expand reach across regions.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with product engineering teams to meet customer sensor performance requirements (flow, gas, hydrogen, A2L refrigerants, etc.). Support design-in and testing phases with OEM R&D teams. Track trends in A2L refrigerant adoption, hydrogen energy, lithium-ion battery safety, and medical gas sensing. Provide feedback to product and marketing on customer needs and competitive positioning.
  • Reporting: Maintain CRM discipline, accurate forecasts, and regular business reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Engineering, Business, or related field (technical background strongly preferred).
  • 3+ years’ B2B sales/account management experience in sensors, industrial automation, HVAC, medical devices, or semiconductors.
  • Proven record managing large OEMs, EMS providers, and distributor accounts.
  • Strong understanding of regulated industries (medical, energy, data center).
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with a growing company environment.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (20%).
