What You’ll Do
- Serve as the primary contact for customers, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
- Develop and grow accounts by identifying new opportunities and driving repeat business.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Accounting teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and contracts for new and existing customers.
- Support sales forecasting, budgeting, and strategic business planning.
- Represent DOGA at customer sites, industry events, and trade shows (approx. 35% travel).
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Engineering or related field preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years in account management, sales, marketing, or customer service. Automotive, Construction, or off-road industry background strongly preferred.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and detail-focused.
