What Youll Do:

Meet with homeowners to assess re-roofing needs and provide expert solutions.

Generate estimates, present proposals, and close residential re-roof sales.

Manage leads and build strong customer relationships from first contact to project completion.

Travel as needed to Sarasota and Miami markets (company vehicle provided).

Achieve and exceed sales goals with the backing of a trusted and reputable construction brand.
What Were Looking For:

Proven experience in residential roofing sales (re-roofing experience strongly preferred).

Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems, codes, and best practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Self-driven, goal-oriented, and professional in appearance and approach.

Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
What We Offer:

Base Salary:$55,000 $65,000 (depending on experience)

Commission: Lucrative commission structure on closed sales unlimited earning potential.
