Position: Sales & Account Manager (Client Success & Growth)
Schedule: U.S. Central Time, Monday–Friday
Compensation: $15/hr starting, with performance-based raises and commissions
Location: 100% Remote – Live Anywhere! (IMPORTANT: Must have previously lived or worked in the US/Canada)

 

Overview

Integrated Hire (integratedhire.com) helps small and mid-sized U.S. businesses build high-performing remote teams by connecting them with experienced offshore professionals in administration, finance, customer service, marketing, and more. 

We’re looking for an experienced Sales & Account Manager who is both a relationship builder and a closer – someone who thrives on conversations, enjoys solving client challenges, and knows how to turn interest into long-term partnerships.

You’ll handle a mix of inbound and outbound sales activity, manage ongoing client relationships, and ensure a smooth handoff to our recruitment team. You’ll work closely with our founders and play a direct role in driving revenue growth and client satisfaction. This role also requires strong organization and follow‑through – ensuring client communications, tasks, and next steps are always tracked, managed, and never slip through the cracks.

Note: We’re open to both part-time (25–30 hr/week) and full-time (40 hr/week) candidates, depending on experience and availability.

 

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Lead Conversion (50%)

  • Conduct discovery and consultation calls with new inbound leads (booked via Calendly or email responses)

  • Proactively reach out to new prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn (including cold and warm leads)

  • Follow up with interested leads and move them through the sales funnel to close

  • Understand client needs and communicate our value proposition clearly and confidently

  • Send proposals, contracts, and payment instructions to finalize new client onboarding

  • Maintain high call and follow-up activity levels during slow periods
     

Client Success & Account Management (30%)

  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients after onboarding

  • Conduct regular check-ins to ensure satisfaction, retention, and potential role expansion

  • Gather feedback, resolve concerns, and liaise with our recruitment team for replacements or new hires

  • Maintain up-to-date client records, call notes, and communications in the CRM
     

Recruitment Coordination (20%)

  • Create and refine job descriptions based on client needs

  • Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of qualified candidates

  • Communicate candidate updates and interview schedules clearly and professionally

 

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

  • Strong professional presence and confidence in leading client calls

  • Proven ability to sell services or solutions (consultative sales approach preferred)

  • Organized and disciplined in managing pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM updates

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable with phone-based outreach

  • Must have lived or worked in the US before
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years in sales, account management, or business development (preferably B2B)

  • Experience working with U.S.-based clients or in the U.S. market

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Copper, etc.)

  • Understanding of recruitment, outsourcing, or staffing industries a plus
