As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Manager to join our team and help us achieve our vision.

THE BIG IDEA

The Sales Manager will be a strategic and proactive leader, managing our sales team to drive revenue growth, expand our market presence, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with an understanding of the industry and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

WHAT YOU DO…

  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate: Identify, and pursue new business opportunities, markets, and customer segments to expand our customer base.
  • Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, train and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide leadership, guidance, and support to sales representatives to help them achieve their goals and objectives. Set performance expectations, monitor performance metrics, and provide feedback and coaching to drive continuous growth and improvement.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, manufacturer relationships, general contractors, and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Sales Process Optimization: Streamline and optimize sales process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Implement best practices, tools, and technologies to support sales activities and maximize productivity.
  • Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence: Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Conduct market research, analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Performance Reporting and Analysis: Track performance against targets, analyze sales data and trends, and prepare regular reports for management review. Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and make informed decisions to drive sales growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000 +per year

Requirements:

WHO YOU ARE…

  • Baseline Selling Experience
  • Exteriors Experience
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 4-6 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles with a proven track record of success bringing clear actionable ideas to the role.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
