Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist located in Holmen, WI. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and providing training and support to customers and distributors. The role involves extensive communication with clients to understand their needs, as well as working closely with the marketing team to create and implement marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Ability to conduct Training and provide support to clients and distributors
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Familiarity with the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
