Job Overview:
TopShelf is in search of an energetic and passionate Sales Representative to join our team. Your role is to ensure smooth sales process and maximize the sales of services offered by the company. You will be in direct contact with the customers so you should be confident in public speaking. Discussion of contracts with prospective customers and generating leads are the part of your job.
Responsibilities:
- Promote the products and services to the customer.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives
- Meet weekly sales target.
- Process orders and sales contracts with consistency.
- Explain complete details of the product to customer.
- Train and develop new sales representatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree preferred.
- High School diploma required.
- 1 year of working experience as a Sales Representative.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Understanding of sales dynamics and processes.
- Strategic prospecting skills.
