Alpega is the trusted execution platform that shippers and carriers across Europe rely on to plan, procure, and execute road freight every day at the industry‑required speed. We are a team of more than 450 people across multiple European offices, working in product, engineering, commercial, and partner‑support teams.
About the role
As a Sales Specialist, you will own the full sales cycle in the BENELUX region and drive the acquisition of new customers for our product.
- You will be part of the BENELUX team and will be in constant contact with potential customers such as freight forwarders and transport companies.
- You will use Salesforce on a daily basis.
- You will be measured for new customers acquired, monthly revenue generated, and the number of daily calls.
- In your first year you are expected to achieve 95 % of your sales target, develop an excellent knowledge of the sales process and the platform, and bring in new customers that generate revenue.
You will be tested on these competences throughout the selection process.
What we look for in you
- Bachelor’s degree (or proven hands‑on experience).
- At least one year of sales experience covering cold calling, cold emailing, and prospecting.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and eagerness to close deals.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in French at C2 level.
- Advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
