Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Serving as a highly collaborative connector across practices and firm functions, this role aligns diverse stakeholders around shared growth priorities and drives cross-practice activation in a complex, matrixed environment At least ten (10) years of experience in B2B marketing Hands-on experience with contemporary marketing technology platforms Strong analytical skills to interpret data, make informed decisions, and leverage data to tell an impactful story Exceptional project management, interpersonal, relationship building, and executive-level verbal and written communication skills Ability to lead and mentor team members, manage external agencies and freelancers, and connect dots across the organization to pull the right teams together with a focus on accountability and collaboration Ability to operate in an agile environment and quickly iterateAbility to apply test-and-learn methodologies and embrace change to meet evolving demands and priorities Successful candidates will be provided with outstanding career opportunities and will receive a competitive total rewards package with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses. Target Hiring Range $138,000 – $194,000 Please note that quoted salary ranges are not guarantees of what final salary offers may be. Base pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of the Total Rewards that MWE provides to compensate and recognize our staff professionals for their work.
