Overview
Avalon Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Site Lead to oversee staffing in a Newark-area distribution center. You will supervise a crew, recruit when needed, and ensure safety, sanitation, and PPE compliance while coordinating daily cleaning tasks.
The position is Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, at an hourly rate of $17. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. Conversational Spanish is required, and prior supervision and warehouse experience are a plus.
