In this role, you will be at the centre of our efforts to attract amazing talent and build the future of our company.
Responsibilities
- Talent Sourcing: Use your creativity to find and engage with top Sales and Recruiters through job boards, social media, networking, and other innovative channels.
- Candidate Interviews: Lead initial interviews and engaging conversations to identify candidates who have the skills and passion we are looking for.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate has a positive experience with us by being their go-to contact and keeping communication open and friendly.
- Data quality: Keep our database up to date by keeping candidates information updated.
Qualifications
- Great communication skills—you love talking to people and building relationships.
- Self-starter who enjoys taking initiative and solving problems.
- Passionate about delivering an outstanding work quality.
- A true team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
- Native French and fluent in English and / or Spanish.
