Talent Acquisition Sourcer – German speaking
Dataiku is a data science platform company seeking a self‑starter to join its Talent Team in EMEA and focus on German‑speaking markets.
Responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of Dataiku’s product, technology, market position, and employer value proposition to successfully identify and engage passive talent.
- Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape.
- Partner with the Talent team to build a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels.
- Source candidates using a wide variety of tools: LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever, Boolean searches, social media, internet job boards, tech associations and groups, university alumni resources, diversity hiring platforms, and other creative search techniques.
- Regularly track, analyze, and share pipeline and performance data with internal stakeholders.
- Create and disseminate sourcing best practices to the team.
Qualifications
- One or more years of recruitment or sourcing experience.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- Detail‑oriented and well‑organized.
- Personable with a great work ethic and positive attitude.
- Hands‑on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Lever.
- Experience finding and communicating with new and diverse talent pools and communities.
- Fluent or native speaker in German.
