As part of our growing team in Barcelona, we are looking for a Talent Recruiter to manage recruitment for one of our exciting client partners, a leader in its field.
About the Role
Are you passionate about recruitment and excel at providing excellent service and achieving results? If so, this is your opportunity! In this role, you will manage the full recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring an outstanding experience for both candidates and clients.
Responsibilities
- Defining recruitment needs with the client and ensuring a deep understanding of the roles to be filled.
- Sourcing candidates on job boards, through networking, and leveraging our recruitment tools.
- Conducting phone screenings and technical assessments.
- Submitting candidates to clients and providing them with all necessary details.
- Managing the entire recruitment cycle, including coordinating interviews with the client and following up until a job offer is made.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with candidates and clients, acting as their trusted advisor throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Native or bilingual English and French speaker with strong communication skills.
- A first professional experience in customer service or recruitment.
- Great communication and relational skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work towards clear objectives and to meet deadlines without compromising quality.
