Responsibilities
- Review customer requirements and request for mainly international quotes (RFQ)
- Prepare calculations and quotations for ProLeiT automation solutions based on internal and external customer inquiries by using standard quotation and pricing tools, following a defined process
- Work in close cooperation with Sales, Delivery, Procurement, IT and other solution centers or experts to ensure the quality and timely completion of quotations
- Carry out formal risk assessments and initiate export control on relevant tenders and ensure compliance with internal processes
- Review and approve price/costing estimates and submit for management approval
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business or similar experience
- Technical background in automation industry would be an advantage
- Good communication: fluent speaking and writing in English and German
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
- Organizational & problem‑solving skills, combined with high sense of responsibility
- Self‑motivated with a passion for learning and continuous improvement
