Overview
CyberSearch seeks a Compliance SME Consultant to help build the Compliance function for a new Wealth Management business. Location is Miami with remote flexibility and some travel.
Ideal candidate has prior Wealth Management/RIA compliance experience and familiarity with FINRA, SEC, OCC, Federal Reserve, FDIC and CFPB regulations, plus experience with individual investors. Latin American experience is a plus.
