We’re partnering with a leading global entertainment company seeking a strategic and data-driven marketing leader to drive audience growth, subscriber acquisition, engagement, and retention across a growing portfolio of streaming and digital distribution channels.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of growth marketing, performance media, content strategy, audience development, and digital distribution, helping shape the future of a rapidly expanding streaming ecosystem across subscription, ad-supported, and partner platforms.

Bill Rate: $40-$45/hr

Location: On-Site | Santa Monica, CA

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute growth marketing strategies that drive audience acquisition, subscriber growth, engagement, retention, and reduced churn
  • Lead cross-channel marketing initiatives spanning paid, owned, and earned media
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities, performance trends, and strategic investment priorities
  • Build and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across the customer journey
  • Collaborate with creative, social, programming, research, analytics, and distribution teams to develop impactful campaigns and go-to-market strategies
  • Establish KPI frameworks that connect marketing efforts to business outcomes including acquisition, viewership, retention, conversion, churn, and customer lifetime value
  • Lead testing and experimentation initiatives across acquisition channels, audience segments, promotional strategies, and platform partnerships
  • Leverage audience insights, viewing behavior, and market trends to inform content launches, programming strategies, and growth initiatives
  • Partner with major streaming and distribution platforms to maximize merchandising, promotional visibility, and audience engagement opportunities
  • Present performance insights and strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in Growth Marketing, Subscriber Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Performance Marketing, CRM, Digital Strategy, or Audience Development
  • Strong experience within streaming, media, entertainment, digital content, or subscription-based businesses
  • Deep understanding of OTT, SVOD, AVOD, FAST, and digital distribution ecosystems
  • Proven success driving audience growth, subscriber acquisition, retention, and engagement
  • Experience developing KPI frameworks tied to business performance metrics
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to thrive in highly cross-functional environments and influence senior leadership

Preferred Experience

  • Streaming platforms, studios, digital publishers, FAST channels, or subscription-based content businesses
  • Experience working with major distribution and platform partners
  • Performance-driven marketing and experimentation frameworks
  • Content launch, franchise marketing, or audience expansion initiatives
